Wheatgrass Powder - We have all heard about wheatgrass, but wheatgrass is pretty fabulous. It is packed full of vitamins and contains over 90 minerals. It alkalises and helps to detox the body. Wheatgrass also contains up to 70% chlorophyll which is an important blood builder and helps to heal the body. Slippery Elm - This herb has to be one of my absolute favourites. It lines your intestinal track helping the body to breakdown food and absorb nutrients. Organic Matcha Power - 1 tsp Organic Slippery Elm Powder - 1 tsp Organic Wheatgrass Powder - 1 tsp Dried Pure peppermint leaves - 1 tsp 1 Large Banana Coconut oil Yoghurt (Plant based or Dairy) - 2 tbs Milk (Plant based or Dairy) - 1 cup Ice Cubes - 3 INSTRUCTIONS Put all ingredients into blender and off you go.
