Matcha - Full of antioxidants, will boost your energy levels, memory and concentration and is great to get you going. It also strengthens your cells, burns calories, detoxifies the body, strengthens the immune system and lowers cholesterol . Matcha contains one of the most powerful forms of anti-oxidants, it is definitely worth making this awesome powder part of your daily routine. 

Wheatgrass Powder - We have all heard about wheatgrass, but wheatgrass is pretty fabulous. It is packed full of vitamins and contains over 90 minerals. It alkalises and helps to detox the body. Wheatgrass also contains up to 70% chlorophyll which is an important blood builder and helps to heal the body.

Slippery Elm - This herb has to be one of my absolute favourites. It lines your intestinal track helping the body to breakdown food and absorb nutrients. If you ever have a sore stomach, or find discomfort when you eat, have a teaspoon of slippery elm in a glass 30mins before your meal.

Peppermint Leaves - Wonderful and soothing for intestinal track. Helps with bloating, nausea and the breaking down of foods. Is also rich in vitamin and minerals.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Organic Matcha Power - 1 tsp
Organic Slippery Elm Powder - 1 tsp
Organic Wheatgrass Powder - 1 tsp
Dried Pure peppermint leaves - 1 tsp
1 Large Banana
Coconut oil
Yoghurt (Plant based or Dairy) - 2 tbs
Milk (Plant based or Dairy) - 1 cup
Ice Cubes - 3

INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients into blender and off you go.
