Beautiful red raspberries are possibly one the most loved fruits, sweet, full of antioxidants & incredibly pretty; just looking at them makes you happy!
Most people have heard of raspberry leaf and its relation to pregnancy, but this amazing leaf has a lot more to offer. Raspberry leaves are high in carotenoids, citric acid and tannins. This amazing herb is rich in Vitamins A, B Complex (including niacin B3) C & E. It also has amazingly high nutrient levels that are easily absorbed into the body, containing Iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, silica, magnesium, manganese, selenium & fragarine.

Red raspberry leaf has been used around the world for centuries to treat a range of ailments including the common flu, diarrhoea, fevers, sore throats, anaemia, leg cramps, cold sores, gingivitis and acne.
​It has also been found to ease symptoms of PMS, endometriosis, regulate irregular menstrual cycles, decrease heavy periods, bloating, insomnia, leg swelling, weight gain, breast tenderness and lower blood pressure and the blood sugar levels of diabetic women.
Raspberry leaf is Astringent. This assists the contraction and shrinkage of internal and external body tissues; helping to prevent haemorrhage or excessive bleeding. It contracts tissues and blood canals, which is great for healing wounds, ulcers and reducing bleeding. Drinking this herbs amazing properties can aid in healthy digestive function, decrease water retention, & can be a tonic for the liver. It internally purifies the blood, cleanses, detoxifies & refreshes the system, absorbing water, tightening tissues and drying fats.

It is an amazing herb for fertility and pregnancy and is beneficial for pre-conception, pregnancy and postnatal.
The Raspberry Leaf is packed full of vitamins, minerals and plant compounds that help the body to detoxify excess hormones and aid in fertility in both men and women. It helps nutritional deficiency and poor egg health whilst toning and strengthening the uterus for a healthy pregnancy.
Through the strengthening of the uterine walls, whilst relaxing the muscles in the uterus, improves the chances of implantation and decreases the chance of miscarriages. The toning of the muscles has also shown to reduce pain during labor and aid in recovery after birth, whilst passing on beneficial nutrients through breast milk.

It can easily be incorporated into your daily routine through a tea. Think of it as your daily multivitamin.
Make a 1 litre pot and drink hot or just pop it in the fridge, have 1-3 cups a day. It is a tonic, so it is best to be continually used, as the benefits continue to build in the body.

2 tsp for a 1.2litre teapot
Allow tea to steep 5mins-4hrs (allowing further nutrient extraction from all the herbs)

Drink hot or cold, or use as the base of your smoothies.
